Melting Ice - Vintage handmade ceramic bowl, ceramic fruit bowl, handmade fruit bowl, pottery fruit bowl, small bowl, interior decor, rustic, gift.
Another recently found item that I made 20 or so years ago.
Thrown on my kick wheel in buff colored stoneware and glazed multiple times in various colors. With some running and crackle. Perfectly fine for holding fruit and other dry foods; keys; change or whatever. Fully vitrified so should be food safe for anything.
2" high x 6 3/4" wide x 6 3/4" deep. Trimmed "foot". "Singh" scratched with a pin tool on the bottom. This was a demo piece for a beginners class I was teaching at the time. It is thicker than I usually like to throw, 3/8". And it weighs 12oz! Very sturdy!
As with all handmade items: top of the dishwasher safe but happier to be hand washed.
